Return and Exchange Policy
Return Shipping via UPS Only: Customers must use UPS for returning items. If the parcel is lost, the customer will be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.
UPS Collection Points: If instructed to collect your return from a UPS collection point, you must do so within the designated time frame. Failure to collect the parcel will result in a €20 fee being deducted from your refund if it is returned to us.
Uncollected Parcels: If the parcel is not collected from the UPS collection point and is not returned to us, no refund will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Period: Our return policy is valid for 7 days. If an item is defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as non-refundable cannot be returned or refunded.
Used Items: Used items cannot be returned.
Pickup from UPS within 3-5 Days: Customers should collect their parcel from the UPS collection point within 3-5 days of delivery to avoid additional fees or complications.
Order Modifications or Cancellations: If you need to make any changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or canceling the order, please do so before 15:00 on the day of purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, and it’s marked as delivered, please contact us immediately via email. Please allow up to 15 days for us to process your claim.
